NSIA Bank Côte d'Ivoire reinforces its commitment to youth employability. As part of its partnership with SIKA Academy, the bank organized on 16 September 2026 the NSIA Young Elites Bootcamp, an immersion day for the 12 finalists of the 2026 edition of the program.
The initiative aims to bring students closer to the realities of business and provide them with initial practical experience in banking professions.
Welcomed at the Acacia Building, participants took part in several activities led by the teams of NSIA Bank, including masterclasses on banking professions, innovation, and the challenges of transformation in the financial sector. The Human Resources Department also offered them recruitment interview simulations to familiarize them with employer expectations and strengthen their professional demeanor.
The program also included an innovation challenge, mentoring sessions, and an exchange with Senior Management on leadership and the opportunities offered to young talent.

For NSIA Bank, the objective goes beyond knowledge transfer. The bank intends to create bridges between academic training and the professional world, by allowing young people to test their acquired knowledge against the concrete demands of the business.
This approach is extended through internship opportunities offered to the 12 finalists, with the aim of allowing them to discover banking professions by interacting with the teams and consolidating their initial professional experience. The initiative is part of NSIA Inspire, the bank's platform dedicated to supporting youth, employability, leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
Through this program, NSIA Bank mobilizes its employees and leaders to foster mentoring, career exploration, and access to professional experiences. The partnership with SIKA Academy thus constitutes one of the implementations of this strategy for supporting young talent.

This edition was also marked by the awarding of the Jean Kacou Diagou Prize, given to Déborah Blaka as the best student in the competition, while the Hekima team from the ESATIC won the SIKA Academy 2026 final. Through this distinction, NSIA Bank highlights academic excellence, merit, and female leadership, in reference to the vision of Jean Kacou Diagou, Founder and Chairman of the NSIA Group.
Beyond supporting a student competition, the bank thus seeks to embed its actions for youth within a broader framework of skills development and professional integration.
