NSIA Bank Côte d'Ivoire reinforces its commitment to youth employability. As part of its partnership with SIKA Academy, the bank organized the NSIA Young Elites Bootcamp on 16 September 2026, an immersion day dedicated to the 12 finalists of the 2026 edition of the program.
The initiative aims to connect students with corporate realities and provide them with concrete initial experience in banking professions. Hosted at the Acacia Building, participants took part in several activities led by the teams of NSIA Bank, including masterclasses on banking roles, innovation, and transformation challenges in the financial sector.
The Human Resources Department also offered recruitment interview simulations to familiarize them with employer expectations and strengthen their professional posture. The program also included an innovation challenge, mentoring sessions, and an exchange with General Management regarding leadership and the prospects offered to young talent.

The bank intends to create bridges between academic training and the professional world, by allowing young people to compare their knowledge with the concrete requirements of the company. This approach extends to internship opportunities offered to the 12 finalists, with the goal of allowing them to discover banking professions through contact with teams and to consolidate their first professional experience.
The initiative is part of NSIA Inspire, the bank's platform dedicated to supporting youth, employability, leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Through this mechanism, NSIA Bank mobilizes its employees and managers to promote mentoring, professional discovery, and access to work experience.
The partnership with SIKA Academy thus constitutes one of the variations of this strategy to support young talent. See also- Côte d'Ivoire: Sika Finance officially launches the 6rd edition of Sika Academy, its portfolio management competition.
This edition was also marked by the awarding of the Jean Kacou Diagou Prize, given to Déborah Blaka as the best student in the competition, while the Hekima team from ESATIC won the final of SIKA Academy 2026. Through this distinction, NSIA Bank highlights academic excellence, merit, and female leadership, in reference to the vision of Jean Kacou Diagou, Founding President of the NSIA Group.
Beyond supporting a student competition, the bank thus seeks to embed its action in favor of youth within a broader logic of skills development and professional integration. Fanuelle YAO.
