One prompt, one attachment, then human validation: Targetym AI aims to shift the HR function from repetitive administration to strategic steering.

Artificial intelligence prepares and orchestrates. The HR Director, HRBP, or manager retains the decision-making power.

The HR function does not lack data, procedures, or tools. It primarily lacks the time to transform them into useful decisions.

Between leave requests, employee files, recruitment, performance contracts, evaluation campaigns, onboarding programs, overdue tasks, regulatory alerts, pay slips, and reports requested by General Management, HR Directors and HR Business Partners still dedicate a considerable part of their day to searching, verifying, consolidating, following up, and documenting.

Agiltym by H&C announces today a new step in the development of Targetym AI: its integrated HR Copilot can, according to the company, handle up to 95% of the operational execution of the processes covered and correctly configured. The remaining 5% is not a detail: it corresponds to the decision, arbitration, and validation by the HR Director, HRBP, or the authorized manager.

The promise is therefore not one of an artificial intelligence that replaces the HR manager. It is that of a system that prepares work, detects anomalies, analyzes requests, proposes a response, orchestrates steps, and submits every sensitive action to the competent authority.

A new way of working with your SIRH

The experience begins simply: the user formulates a request in natural language and can attach a document to it. The Copilot then relies on the information and workflows available in Targetym AI to produce an analysis, generate a draft document, or prepare an action.

It can, for example, establish the HR status of the day, highlight incomplete files, missing or expired contracts, approved recruitments not yet processed, blocked onboardings, and overdue tasks. It is not limited to displaying numbers: it prioritizes actions and formulates recommended steps.

The user, however, maintains control of the process. Before any committing action, they can verify the proposal, request a correction, complete information, approve, or refuse.

The Copilot assists execution; it does not claim decision-making power.

"The Targetym AI Copilot does not just answer questions. It understands the HR context available in the platform, identifies gaps, prepares deliverables, and proposes the next relevant action.

Our goal is to radically reduce the time between information and decision, while keeping the human in the loop at every critical step," explains Wilfred TCHAPDA, Chief AI & Data Officer at Agiltym by H&C.

From recruitment to payroll, a cross-functional agent

Platform screenshots show a Copilot connected to several SIRH modules, where companies often still use Excel files, email exchanges, WhatsApp messages, and disconnected software.

Regarding performance, it can prepare and add performance contracts, structure objectives and key results, propose weightings, associate actions with OKRs, and track their progress. It can also create programs and initiatives, break them down into action plans, assign responsibilities, and highlight delays or risks.

Regarding recruitment, it can analyze a request, verify information and job descriptions, prepare the validation circuit, assist in creating an offer, and contribute to CV scoring based on selected criteria. The decision to hire and the final selection remain in the hands of authorized personnel.

Regarding integration, it can orchestrate checklists, tasks, responsible parties, and deadlines, then flag bottlenecks. Regarding talent management, it consolidates information related to career paths, evaluations, the 9-Box matrix, promotions, and succession plans to help managers identify situations that require their attention.

Regarding HR administration, it can prepare the analysis of leave requests, check their consistency with rules and schedules, then transmit a recommendation to the approver. It can also contribute to document tracking, compliance alerts, employee surveys, continuous feedback, and reports intended for General Management.

Payroll particularly illustrates the sought-after change. Once the run is validated by the competent managers, pay slips can be published in each employee's confidential space.

The employee consults and downloads their documents, then submits a structured claim if necessary. The Copilot
