The equity market of the Regional Securities Exchange (BRVM) remained on an upward trend this Tuesday, 29 September 2026, albeit at a more measured pace than in previous sessions. The BRVM-Composite index rose by 0,48 % to 548,04 points, while the BRVM-30 and the BRVM-Prestige appreciated by 0,35 % to 265,14 points and by 0,68 % to 202,14 points, respectively.

The trend remained favorable, with 21 stocks rising, against 16 falling and 10 remaining stable. Bridge Bank Group CI continues its ascent.

Bridge Bank Group CI once again dominated the gainers' list. The stock posted the best performance of the session, rising by 7,46 % to 9 000 FCFA and again reaching its daily price limit.

Introduced at 6 750 FCFA on 24 September, the share has now posted a gain of approximately 33 % since its initial listing, extending the enthusiasm observed since its market debut. The other main gainers were BICICI (+7,37 % to 34 895 FCFA) and Erium CI (+7,00 % to 2 140 FCFA).

Among large-cap stocks, Orange CI recorded the largest market capitalization gain of the session, with an additional 45,95 billion FCFA. The stock appreciated by 1,42 % to 21 805 FCFA, thereby helping to support the main indices.

Unilever CI records the sharpest decline. Conversely, Unilever CI posted the sharpest decline of the session, falling by 7,42 % to 47 215 FCFA.

The stock leads Tractafric Motors CI, down 6,02 % to 3 900 FCFA, and Servair Abidjan CI, which shed 5,19 % to 3 650 FCFA. The latter's decline comes notably in the wake of its dividend ex-date.

Activity remained sustained, with a total transaction volume of 3,20 billion FCFA. Sonatel accounted for the largest share of trades, representing 26,23 % of transactions, or approximately 839 million FCFA.
